Since entering the real estate industry in 2004, Lisa has acquired nearly 20 years’ direct experience in property sales, leasing and business management. Working directly as both a Sales Executive and business owner, she has an exceptional ability to identify and address individual client needs to ensure expectations are exceeded with every client transaction. Having originally joined the real estate industry off the back of a career at Director level within the Australian Public Service, her prior experience in government programs, administration and management provided her with a solid foundation in a diverse range of business management, people and planning skills.

Lisa’s property industry experience within the Canberra market has seen her excel in her areas of expertise, including campaign strategy, design and delivery, relationship management, lead generation and integrative negotiation. Having spent her real estate career immersed in the ACT property market, she is known for her personable approach and outstanding sales results from entry level homes and apartments, right through to million-dollar property.

As an active Sales Executive, as well as a business owner and Director, Lisa believes in leading by example to maintain the consistent and transparent delivery of gold-standard customer service from all members of the team.
